New Residence - construction completed 2021

New family holiday house in Barwon Heads. Perched at the top of a hill, the house is organised over a series of levels stepping down the slope. The building programme stretches around the perimeter of the site, enclosing a north facing courtyard and pool, giving garden views to all rooms and obscuring views to and from neighbouring properties. Constructed from locally sourced limestone and using a post and beam methodology through the central courtyard area, the house feels reminiscent of European courtyard villa precedents.
