New Residence - completed 2019

New family house in Brighton designed for a wedge shaped site enclosed by neighbours on all sides but with ocean views to be captured from the top floor. The house is split into two offset curvilinear volumes, sited so as to form a series of distinct yet interconnected courtyard spaces that allow generous garden outlook from all rooms and create a feeling of air and space around the house despite the enclosed nature of the site.
