New Residences - Under construction

The brief called for two compact houses, one two bedroom and one single bedroom, allowing for long term multi-generational living on the site. The houses sit under the vast canopy of a mature elm tree, separated by shared garden spaces. Skillion roof forms create volume within the constrained footprints, and clerestory windows pull dense elm greenery into the living spaces.
