Ocean Grove. New Residence - Under construction

On a steeply sloping site in Ocean Grove, the house is conceived as a series of layers stepping down the hill. Composed of a simple concrete post and beam structure, the built form frames and encloses outdoor spaces, curating long line views and and providing courtyard spaces sheltered from the coastal winds.
