This is a new 4 level residential building purposed for a tight site in Cremorne - an area typified by a high density mix of residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Pinned in by concrete blade walls, the facade is draped in a delicate brick screen, opening up at ground level with a large arched window to initiate dialogue with the street. The eroded edges of the side walls reference the surrounding industrial rooftops and breakdown the building mass towards neighbouring properties.
